It is open to any user of this network (hereinafter referred to as "User"). These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other document. 2- Products marketed on www.etnik-cosmetics.com The Buyer may, prior to his order, take note, on the ETNIK Site, of the essential characteristics of the products he wishes to order. Purchase offers including promotional offers are valid as long as they are advertised on the Site. 3- Price of the products on sale on the site The prices appearing on this Site are indicated in Euros all taxes included and are likely of variation during the year, on the understanding that the ordered products are invoiced at the prices in force at the time of the registration of the order. They do not include the shipping costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the amount of the order. The shipping costs will be indicated before the registration of the order by the Buyer. The prices include the value-added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order and any change of the applicable rate will be automatically reflected on the price of the products sold by ETNIK within its Site. Back to top 4- Orders All orders assume membership without restriction or reservation to these general conditions of sale. The Buyer agrees that ETNIK's order registration systems are proof of the nature of the agreement and its date. The amount of each order is limited to the sum of 500 Euros per order. In addition, the same product reference can not be ordered for more than 3 items per order. When the order is confirmed by clicking on the button "Finish the order", the Buyer declares to accept this one as well as the present general conditions of sale. The purchase order can be printed. Upon registration of the order, a detailed acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to the Buyer at the email address he has indicated. This acknowledgment will specify the exact amount invoiced and the delivery terms of the order. This acknowledgment of receipt implies acceptance of the order and will validate the transaction subject to payment of the order. In case of unavailability of one or more products after placing the order, you will be notified by e-mail. The amount of your order will be recalculated and you will be charged the new amount, less the missing products. If your order is completely unavailable you will be notified by email and you will not be charged. To pay for the order, the Buyer has the following payment method: credit card. The credit cards accepted on the site are: Visa, Master Card and American Express. Payments via PayPal are also accepted. The Buyer guarantees ETNIK that it has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment it has chosen, when registering the order form. ETNIK reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and / or delivery, regardless of its nature and level of performance, in case of non-payment of any sum that would be due by the Buyer or in case of payment incident. Penalties of an amount equal to the legal interest rate plus five points are automatically applicable to amounts unpaid at the end of a period of ten days following the date of invoicing. As part of the fight against fraud on the Internet, information about your order may be forwarded to any competent authority for verification. 6- Delivery of the orders The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Purchaser on the purchase order, according to the mode of delivery chosen among the modes described on page Shipping / Delivery. Delivery will be made within an average of 2 to 7 days from receipt of the order form, depending on the delivery method chosen and within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the order form. 7- Legal guarantee The Purchaser benefits from the provisions of the legal guarantee of conformity in application of articles L. 211-4 and following of the Code of the consumption and the legal guarantee of latent defects in application of articles 1641 and following of the Code of the consumption. In case of lack of conformity of the product, in particular due to an anomaly or an error on the delivered references, the Buyer may choose to return the product to ETNIK and obtain a refund.
